Lab-grown diamond production is the breakthrough technology that will change the world in the nearest future.
Type IIa diamonds
Type IIa diamonds are the most valued and the purest type of diamonds. They contain either very little or no nitrogen atoms in the crystal structure. White stones are exceptionally colorless. They represent only 1% - 2% of all mined diamonds in the world. In the world of mined diamonds, Type IIa is so rare that they command a 5% to 15% premium, when they can be found. SyntecLab offer lab-grown diamonds only from the top three grades (D, E, and F). These diamonds are deemed colorless; they are the rarest and the most valuable.

The efficiency of the lab-grown diamond mining
SyntecLab is pleased to provide you with the investment information needed to "build" an HPHT diamond production factory. The HPHT (High-Pressure and High-Temperature) method is the growth of a diamond in a special cell at high pressure and temperature. HPHT provides the best quality of a diamond, especially when it comes to large stones. This technology is very efficient. Lab-grown diamonds produced with an HPHT method are absolutely identical to the mined ones which means that all physical, chemical, optical, and aesthetic properties are identical. The technology imitates the natural diamond growth process as the lab-grown diamonds are made of the same material: pure carbon, crystallized in the isotropic 3D form. The HPHT diamond production method is the “A-list” technology for high-quality gem manufacturing.
HPHT: annual volume production - 1.2 million carats of $2.5 billion worth
Today the world diamond production is using the CVD manufacturing method (companies such as Scio, IIa Technologies, Diamond Foundry, and others). However, HPHT technology is more efficient and attractive. With the same $250M investment amount compared to CVD, the HPHT will allow producing over 1.2 million carats per year, yet of a much larger stone size. The total cost of produced gems will be estimated at 2.5 billion dollars. The standard HPHT technology production will generate stones with the average weight of 5-8 carats or more which is two times larger than CVD, the size of the cut gems will be approximately 2.0 carats. Speaking of the natural diamonds mined out of the deposits, it is worth saying that in most cases the investment pays off, however, the production costs grow each year and become less cost-effective.

Excellence of the HPHT technology over any natural diamond mining
There are 53 deposits of natural diamonds around the world, but none of them brings more than 2.5 billion dollars profit a year. The profit gained from the production of lab-grown diamonds in large quantities is much higher. The calculations show that the profit from HPHT technology investment can be obtained within a few months. The next heavy expense after the purchase of the equipment is the cost of electricity, which amounts to up to 50% of all production costs. Raw materials needed for synthetic diamond growth, such as seed (or substrate), are also synthetic. In this way, the production of raw materials is unlimited, which is impossible in natural diamond mining. This is another undeniable advantage.

Diamonds by SyntecLab are impeccable features and quality control
The purity and the absence of defects make the diamond transparent, clean, and together with its hardness, chemical resistance, high optical dispersion, make the diamond a popular gemstone.
Certified by IGI International Gemological Institute
You'll feel secure knowing it's a real certified diamond SyntecLab diamonds larger than a 0.50 carat are certified by either International Gemological Institute or for an additional fee, Gemological Institute of America (GIA). Your certificate assures that your purchase is 100% identical to a mined diamond in its quality, optical finish, strength, and chemical and physical properties.
