Refund Policy
SyntecLab has a 14-day return policy for all our customers, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To ensure the best customer experience with our company, we are committed to a 14-day return policy. During the fortnight, you can apply for refund or exchange of the product you ordered. For instance, if your purchased item has a loose fit or the stone is not right, our company will make according adjustments to personalize your product and make sure your shopping is satisfying.
To start a return, you can contact us at office@synteclab.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The following conditions apply to all returns:
- All items must be returned within 14 days of signed receipt of your purchase.
- Items may not be worn, resized, engraved, altered or damaged in any way; if so, the item will not be accepted for return and will be returned back to you and a credit will not be issued.
- Jewelry items will only be accepted for return if the item comes in its original packaging materials, security tags attached & unaltered and documentation intact.
- Loose or unmounted SyntecLab diamonds are not supplied with security tags but will come with an Appraisal and Created Diamond Certificate of Authenticity. They lab grown diamond must be in the original condition the jewel was shipped, free of any scratches, chips or any marks indicating that the diamond was mounted or set.
- If you would prefer to exchange your purchase for another selection from synteclab.com, you may return your item as per conditions 1-4 above and receive 100% credit towards any new item you select.
SyntecLab reserves the right to cancel any order that appears to be suspect or fraudulent.
